Unlike a generic campaign tag, ck_subscriber_id identifies you — the specific subscriber — so the sender can tie a click back to your profile. Safe to remove? Yes. ck_subscriber_id is used for tracking and reporting only — deleting it does not change the page you land on. Strip it before sharing a link to keep it clean and private.
